It is always helpful to receive feedback on the services and care we provide. All comments are passed onto the Practice Manager. Should you have any about any matter, please fill in the form below. When we receive positive feedback this is passed on to the individual or department concerned and is usually posted, anonymously, on to our staff noticeboard. Negative feedback is discussed with individuals, or with clinicians, or in staff meetings or at practice meetings so that we can learn and change practices and procedures. If you leave contact details, a response will be given to you.
